Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Buzzlio Edge LLP, we follow a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity for our customers.

Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services before the commencement of work. Once the service delivery has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Payment deducted but service not initiated due to technical error

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Payment Gateway

All refunds are processed through the same payment gateway used for the original transaction, such as Razorpay.
